Back to London for a couple of months.

Not offering any actual training due to the pregnancy, but helping out at The Sanctuary Spa, Covent Garden, organising the very exciting opening of the new City Spas!

February 10: We are relocating to Cape Town, South Africa!!!!

I am expecting a baby during late summer, and have decided to leave my hectic London life behind to move by the ocean and to be with my partner.

it wasn't an easy decision, but life is a rollercoaster and you once must follow it's heart...

I will periodically return to the UK to offer training, as well as keeping the Herbal Compresses here in the country and therefore Shen Mantra Boutique will still trade in the UK.

I hope you will wish us luck in our new adventure, and don't forget to stay tunes for more upcoming courses, training and products!!

Devasting earthquake strikes Haiti

A 7.3 magnitude earthquake struck the Haitian coast on 12 January - 17:00 hours -rocking the capital, with hundreds of thousands feared dead. It is the biggest earthquake to hit the region for 200 years. The epicentre is about 10 miles from Port-au-Prince.

Help us assist the affected children and their families

2nd November 09:

What an amazing 3 days we had at the Yoga Show this past w-end!

Thank you to everybody that came to visit and support us.

We had a fantastic responce for both our Thai Yoga massage Courses as well as for our Herbal Compresses!!

Absolutely loved the reception from the public band the amazing contacts that we have made!

It wasn't just a new business experience, but also an invaluable inspirational w-end.

And a special thank you to Paul Franklin, for all the help, encouragment, the support, the energy, the crazy driving through London...I really could have not made it without you!

A wonderful day indeed for the practice of Traditional Thai Massage in my beautiful home country, Italy.

After my summer trip to Savona, today the Federazione Italiana of Traditional Thai massage has been formed, signed and approved, and may this be the beginning of a new era bringing a lot of positive energy and unity amongst all italian practitioners and teachers.

A very special thank you to Mario Milli for his passion and energy!

Very excited and pro-active day as we have been in the studio filming and recording for the upcoming Thai Yoga Massage DVD!!

Thank you to Peter for his recording skills, ideas and professionalism, and to our lovely model Jessica!

And last but not least, a very special thank you to Mr Joshi Bhavesh for providing me with the use of his facilities at Body Basics School of Therapy.

27th August '09:

Paul Franklin joins the Shen Mantra Team as International Products Director.

We are very excited to have him on board as it will be a great assett to the Company and we are looking forward to a long lasting positive business!

6th September '09:

I will be flying to Genova, Italy, where the first Italian Federation of Traditional Thai Massage will be created, signed and approvated by the founding members on Sunday 6th of September. An amazing achievement! I am very honored to be part of this new born Association and I am very much looking forward to the upcoming meeting.
