COURSES: REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICIES

 

To complete your registration and secure a place in class, you must either make a course deposit or pay your course in full.

All course fees are non-refundable however can be applied towards a future class.

 

Refund Policy: If a student is unable to attend a course previously registered, the student is able to apply the tuition payments to a future course. If a student would like to cancel their enrollment from a course after payment has been made and they have not yet started the course, a $100 administrative fee will apply. If the student has already started the course, a refund will be issued as follows:

 

  • If 25% of the course is completed, a refund of 75% can be issued.
  • If 25-50% of the course is completed, a refund of 50% can be issued.
  • If 50%-75% of the course is completed, a refund of 25% can be issued.
  • If 75% or greater amount of the course is completed, no refund can be issued.

Digital Course Terms & Conditions

 

1. Enrollment & Access

 

- The 24-Hour Window: Upon successful payment, our administrator will email your official registration form within 24 hours.

 

- Time-Zone Awareness: Please account for international time-zone differences; our team processes registrations during standard business hours (GMT).

 

- Immediate Access: Your digital login credentials and course access will be granted immediately after the registration form is returned.

 

2. No-Refund Policy

 

Binding Agreement: Once payment is made, you enter into a formal training agreement with Shen Mantra Training.

Commencement of Service: Because the enrollment process, including administrative setup and digital licensing, begins the moment payment is received, all digital course fees are strictly non-refundable.

 

Digital Nature: As our courses provide immediate intellectual property access, we do not offer a "change of mind" period or refunds for partial completion.

We aim to resolve all technical access barriers within 48 business hours.
